Three Ways to Build Your
Planning Knowledge
From a focused half-day workshop to a full multi-session programme — Northgild has a format that fits your schedule and the depth of understanding you are looking for.
Back to HomeHow We Structure Financial Planning Education
Every Northgild programme is organised around the Compass Frame — a structure that shows how everyday planning concepts relate to each other. Rather than treating budgeting, saving, and goal-setting as separate topics, we present them as connected parts of a single navigable picture.
All content is presented as general education. No advice is given, and no product recommendation is made. Participants engage with concepts, ask questions, and work through frameworks that they can apply independently.
Sessions are kept deliberately small to allow substantive discussion. Materials are designed for use after the session — not just as in-classroom props.
